Let me begin by saying I'm not your standard Personal Trainer.
I don’t have an Instagram account full of half naked washboard ab shots to advertise myself to you, I invest my time in whats important to me. My background is a little different to most trainers and their disciplines, as I come from a background of high contact and high impact sports rather than living life purely in a gym - and I encourage my clients to do the same.
My journey into the fitness industry has been a unusual one that I now pride myself on; I won't tell you what you want to hear, I'm real with the world and I don’t candy wrap the shit I say; My clients know me for my honesty, as it is the way it should be!
What sets me apart from other trainers is I understand how hard it can be to lose weight as I'm still chipping away now on my own journey after 15 months out due to injury. But I don’t believe in diets, to me that's a mental restriction and causes an unhealthy relationship with food - clean eating to me is washing my food before I inhale it.
Teaching my clients to have a healthy life that you can still enjoy, is at the top of my priorities and most importantly I get them awesome results this way.
So if those New Year resolutions were abandoned long ago and chucked into the fuck-it pile, Spring is the perfect time to make like a March hare and get out there and move that ass..
